Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. - Applicable sales tax - 15% Buyer's premium rate charged, there is no discount for cash or check -Payment types accepted: Orders over $1,000 MUST BE WIRE TRANSFER, MONEY ORDER ,or CASH. Credit Cards(3þe), Wire Transfer, Money Order, Personal Check, Cash are accepted for orders less than $1,000 - The Credit Card on file with Hi-Bid, will be used for Payment & Shipping /Handling - Pick up of items is required. If an item requires shipping in state please contact Boltz Auctions. - For all auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or glitches. - ALL matters of discrepancy or litigation MUST be handled in the state of Pennsylvania in Lancaster County. - It will be assumed by the Auction Company that out-of-state orders require shipping. If you are out of State and will be picking up, please call to inform us. Any items not picked up or Scheduled to be picked up will be shipped the first Monday following the Auctions Completion. The card used to register for the Auction will be used to bill for shipping.
