Absolute Auction for the Estate of Wanda Brawner. Very nice furniture, home decor, dishes, linens, Paul Sawyier prints, mirrors, outdoor items and gardening items.

Bidder understands and agrees no refunds, exhanges, adjustments, etc will be allowed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, source, condition of suitability for a particular purpose. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary. 10% Buyers Premium No OUT OF STATE BIDDERS! All items must be picked up on Monday April 15, 2024. You will be charged if items are not picked up and items will become property of Morrow Auction Service. ITEM REMOVAL on Monday April 15, 2024 from 4:00-7:00, NO EXCEPTIONS & Buyer MUST bring own labor for removing large items, limited auction staff will be available. All property is sold in "AS-IS" and "Where IS" condition. Morrow Auction does not provide shipping or packing or transportation services. Moving and pickup is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and at their expense. Purchases will be released of a paid receipt. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, approved check or Credit card with 4% fee.

Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, personal/business check. We will accept Credit card but there will be an additional 4% fee. Items must be paid for before they can be picked up from the site. There will be a $100 fee for any check that is returned for insufficient funds.
Buyers pick-up day will be Monday April 15th at 120 Baltrusol Ct Frankfort. We DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING! Buyers must bring own labor for removing large items as auction staff will be limited that day. ALL purchased items not removed by the deadline will be retained by Morrow Auction Service. There will be NO REFUND for items purchased and not picked up. There will be a 6% KY sales tax added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding. Morrow Auction Service will not be offering shipping and ALL items must be picked up by the date above. ALL Sales are final and all items are being sold AS-IS and Where-IS condition.
