Mound Hill Auctions encourages all bidders to personally inspect all items themselves BEFORE BIDDING! BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Buyer's premium is 15% unless stated otherwise: if you bid $1,000.00, at checkout you will be charged $1,150.00. Each and every time you place a bid, you are required to confirm and agree to the total bid price of your initial bid plus buyer's premium. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment Terms: A Buyers Fee and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases (sales tax will not be charged on vehicles or if you are tax exempt and provide a copy of your state issued Sellers' Permit/Tax ID certificate.) Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction close. Full payment is required within 5 business days of the invoice date. Credit card on file will be automatically charged following auction unless buyer has requested to pay cash prior to auction close. Accepted payment is Cash, Credit Cards Bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, Money order, Personal or Company Check Only with bank letter guarantee, payable to Mound Hill Auctions 2037 Mound Hill rd. Dixon Il. 61021. Any returned check will incur a $35 charge. Visa/MasterCard purchases are limited up to $5,000. If more than $5,000, wire transfer should be used. The Bidder, grants the Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after 5 business days of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred. We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favor. All titles will be held until funds have been verified. Titles must be assigned to the buyer or some other identity. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid. REMOVAL: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of The Buyer at the time of sale and The Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. All items will be picked up during scheduled times posted for each auction. If you can't pick the items up during the scheduled times arrangements need to be made prior to the close of the auction. After the final removal date, there will be a $5.00 per day, per item storage fee charged to The Buyer up to ten days. If merchandise is not removed within ten days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the original Owner/Seller and the Owner/Seller may dispose of the item at their discretion. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS NOT PICKED UP.
