Auction Terms & Conditions
FEES:
A 15% Buyers Premium will be applied to all items, in addition to HST, 0% Credit card and online fee, and a $2 handling fee.
PAYMENT:
All winning bids must be paid by 2 pm the day after the auction. We expect payment through credit card, and we reserve the right to charge your card for the total invoice amount. Credit cards will be processed the morning following the auction, and a receipt will be emailed to you by 10 am that day. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, debit, cash, or another method, please specify in the "notes to auctioneer" when registering. Failure to provide an alternate payment by 2 pm the next day will result in your credit card being charged. If you prefer to pay at pick-up, email info@dhna.ca after your winning confirmation.
E-transfers should be sent to info@dhna.ca with auto-deposit enabled. Upon receipt, a paid receipt will be sent.
Buyers are required to complete payment within 3 day of the auction, or they risk being barred from future auctions and having their unpaid invoices sent to collections. And purchased will be canceled.
Due to past fraud, we do not accept payments over the phone.
If your credit card is declined and you do not respond to our email within three days, a $20 restocking fee will be charged. Furthermore, the purchase will be canceled, the item will be relisted for sale, and the buyer will forfeit any rights to the item.
PICK-UP:
Items can be picked up by appointment please at 290 The West Mall, Etobicoke, ON M9C 1C6. Curbside pick-up is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM. If paying at pick-up, email info@dhna.ca immediately after your winning confirmation.
Items not collected within 14 days of purchase will be subject to cancellation without the possibility of a refund or return, irrespective of the reason for non-collection. Ensure you inspect and collect all items, as you need a paid invoice for pick-up. All items are sold as is.
Items not picked up during designated times will be considered abandoned, and your credit card will be charged for the purchase and/or removal costs.

GTA Delivery:
IF your order is greater than $50, please e-transfer $7 for GTA delivery. Also, if your order is less than $50, please e-transfer $10 for GTA delivery (transfer to info@dhna.ca) Include invoice number, full name, and phone number in the note.
Outside GTA (USA, Canada, and Ontario)Delivery:

Shipping costs, which are the buyer's responsibility, vary based on size, weight, and destination. Shipping requests must be made within 48 hours post-auction via email. Failure to pay shipping fees within 72 hours of the quote results in order abandonment, with charges applied to your credit card.
RETURNS:
Returned Merchandise items are sold without inspection, warranty, or guarantee. Refunds are not offered for missing parts, usage signs, or cosmetic damage. Items priced under $20.00 are final sale. Report discrepancies within 1 day of the auction. All items are sold as is and untested. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receipt via email info@dhna.ca, WhatsApp, or phone at +14374309993.
Refunds exclude the buyer's premium and handling fees.
No returns accepted after the 2nd day post-auction. "Final Sale" items cannot be returned. Online credit card refunds take 7-14 business days. In-person credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately. E-transfer refunds are credited to your auction account for future use or transfer to a credit card.
GENERAL TERMS:
Photo ID and credit card may be requested for item collection. Use only your credit card for auction registration. Multiples apply to quantity bids. Bids are final and cannot be canceled. Account security is your responsibility.
We do not offer loading assistance. All items are sold "As Is Where Is" without warranty. We do not provide US shipping or sell to US residents.
REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION:
Personal information and credit card details are required for registration. Bidders must be of legal age.
REVIEWING YOUR BIDS:
Check your bid status anytime. Bids are irreversible post-auction. All items are sold as is.
BIDDING NOTIFICATIONS:
Opt-in for email outbid notifications, not available in the last two hours of the sale.
RESERVE PRICE POLICY:
Certain items may carry a reserve price, and if not met, the item may not be sold.

All items are sold with any existing faults.
CLAIMS:
No claims regarding purchased items will be accepted.

BUYERS:
Buyers agree to protect 1st Liquidation and Clearance Inc. and the Seller from any auction-related claims or damages.
AUCTION RECORDS:
Our records are final in case of disputes.
SOFT CLOSE:
Bids in the final minute extend the closing time by 1-4 minutes.
STRATEGY:
Max bidding is recommended. The system only charges one increment above the next highest bid.
CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS:
Live photos take precedence in case of discrepancies. All items are sold as is.
PARKING LOT:
Use of the parking lot at 290 the west mall is at your own risk. 1st Liquidation and Clearance Inc. is not liable for any damage or injury.
