Any person’s placing a bid within this auction are entering into a legally binding contract in which the following considerations and any auction specific notations apply: 1. All items are sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor prior to placing a bid. Seller will endeavor to describe to the best of our knowledge but is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description. Please feel free to contact us PRIOR to bidding with any questions. 3. Some items may be sold with a reserve amount and will not be considered sold if the reserve is not met. This reserve and the amount may or may not be disclosed, but please contact Auctioneer with any questions including those post auction conclusion as reserve amounts may often be negotiable given further discussion with the consignor. 4. Seller reserves the right to withdraw, add or re-catalog items or cancel the auction. Seller reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. 5. Items must be paid in full prior to removal from the auction site. 6. Please note pick up times and days PRIOR to bidding. All items are to be removed on the pickup days noted or considered forfeited and become the property of Tangerine Zebra and the buyer will not be refunded for their winning lots. 7. If your auction winnings are forfeited, due to not picking up, the buyer is still responsible for the cost of the items won and will not be refunded. 8. All bidders agree to pay the Buyer’s Premium of 15% and credit card fee of 3%. 9. Tangerine Zebra and the property of the auction being held and any pickup location for auction items are not responsible for accidents. 10. Boxes or wrapping are not provided, you must bring your own. 11. Shipping is available to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is by USPS Priority mail. We charge actual shipping costs plus $5 for handling. Seller will charge the Bidder’s card on file with HiBid for shipping charges. If the card on file is declined for shipping, the buyer must provide a working card before Thursday 4:00 pm of the final pick up/shipping day for that week’s auction or the buyer will forfeit their items and will not be refunded for the winning lots. 12. If the credit card on file is declined and the invoice is unpaid, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to contact Tangerine Zebra with a valid working card or pay cash at pick up prior to Thursday at 4:00 pm or your items will be considered forfeited. 13. Non-paying Bidders will be blocked from participating in future auctions.
