Items are sold AS IS, and WHERE IS, if shipping is not available. No returns, or refunds. All sales are final. Please make sure to look at all pictures and read all descriptions prior to bidding. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Cards will be run at the end of the auction so please make sure you use the correct one to avoid delays or setbacks. Pickup address will be on the invoice. Shipping will be cost of shipping label and materials. Small $1.50 fee per lot for shipping. All shipping will be done in house. If you are outside the Dallas/Forth Worth area we will assume you require shipping unless you let us know before the end of the auction. Local buyers that require shipping please let us know before the end of the auction. Items not picked up will be considered forfeited and will be relisted for auction after a certain amount of time, and after multiple attempts to call and message.

Cards will be run at the end of the auction. If your card does not run, we will try it again, and then we will send a settlement invoice with a link to pay, if your card does not successfully run. After 48 hours of nonpayment and inability to contact, lots will be considered abandoned and relisted for auction. If you require shipping, let us know before the end of the auction so that we can get your items transferred to the shipping department.
READ PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS!!!!! ****PICK UPS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY****** Pick-up for this auction are ONE DAY ONLY on April 2nd and sign-up sheets will be attached to winning settlements. Make sure you sign up for a time, and are ON TIME for your appointment. If you do not sign up for a time, we MAY NOT have your items on site. If you know you will need a different day, please contact us BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping charges will be invoiced through Square after auction pickup has ended. Invoices for shipping must be paid by the end of three business days, or lots will be considered abandoned, and will be relisted for auction.
