Provenance Art and Antiques will not be responsible in any way for correct descriptions, authenticity, genuineness of, or defects in any lot, and makes no warranties in connection therewith. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions if they are unclear about an item. All sales are final with no refunds of any kind. Provenance Art and Antiques or any of it's affiliated personnel will not be held responsible for any accidents that might occur, financially or otherwise. Your winning bid at auction creates a legal contract to purchase. Pick up intstructions along with full address and any other details will be provided to winning bidders on their invoice/ settlement statement at auction close. Any buyer who does not pick up their items on the specified days and times or make prior arrangements will result in forfiture of those items and any monies paid for those items without further notice. Additionally, that buyer will not be allowed to bid in future Provenance Art and Antiques auctions. Provenance Art and Antiques has the right to bid on any items in this or any other of its auctions on behalf of the consignor or property owner(s). Buyers Premium is15%. All sales taxes must be collected unless a buyer can provide Provenance Art and Antiques with a copy of their resale certificate. No Exceptions. Shipping is available for small items that fit inside USPS Priority Mailboxes. Shipping charges will be collected before any item will ship. Provenance Art and Antiques may collect a small convenience fee for packing and delivery to post office. This is a courtesy provided by Provenance Art and Antiques. Damages or other accidents that occur during shipping will in no way be the responibility of Provenance Art and Antiques.
