If BBOA cannot find a make or model number on an item, it will not be shown or assumed. Buyers may have to at their own discretion use equipment and tools that could be harmful to themselves (falling off ladders or using power tools for examples) and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions. *Any Buyers causing unnecessary damage will have to make full restitution with the Seller. It is in the best interest of the Buyer to have a discussion with the Seller prior to removing any asset that may cause damage to the premises. *Buyer NEEDS to bring manpower and the proper tools for removal. BBOA and/or the Seller are there to have the facility open and might be able to assist in the removal. Premium: 13% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated. 3% discount for cash, cashiers check, and check purchases on buyer premium. Tax: 7.375% will be added to your qualifying items without tax exempt form. Bidder agrees to remove all items purchased after full payment and within the time frame outlined in the auction information. There will be "extended bidding" which means items that have bids placed within 2 minutes of its closing time will have an additional 2 minutes of bidding until there are 2 minutes of inactivity at which point the bidding will be closed.
