There are firearms in this auction. IF you must have a firearm shipped, it will have to be shipped to your local FFL Dealer. You will have to pass the background check to receive the firearm. IF you are local, Powell Auction will perform the background check for you. Having a concealed carry permit does not change the fact that you must pass a background check, this is the law.
