By registering and bidding in our auction, you agree to the following terms: There is a buyer's premium of 15% for Visa & Mastercard payments. The premium can be reduced to 12.5% if you pay by ACH, bank wire, or check. The reduced buyer's premium can be applied to e-check payments ONLY IF YOU CONTACT US FIRST to adjust your invoice. You can check out with a credit card directly through your emailed payment link, or email us for other payment options. Please pay as quickly as possible. For all invoices that are not paid by the bidder, we will charge your HiBid card on file for the invoice amount. Please note that invoices that are awaiting payment by check/e-check/wire transfer that are not paid in a reasonable timeframe may be billed to your credit card on file with the usual credit card fee. We hold several individual weekly auctions, which are timed so that the live auction portion will take approximately 1 hour per 100 coins. Our pictures are very clear, and you will receive the exact coin you bid on. All coins have a lifetime guarantee to be genuine (non-counterfeit). If you are not satisfied with the coins you've purchased, we accept returns for a full refund subject to the following terms: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your coins to initiate a return. Returns are accepted only if the coin is in the original holder in which it was purchased. Grading services are beyond our control, and we do not guarantee that any coin will receive any particular grade from any grading service. Submitting coins for grading is at your own risk. Returns based on the grades returned by any service you may submit to will not be accepted. "Price guide" information comes from PCGS and is not a guarantee of resale value. We do not guarantee grading or resale value, and returns for any reason related to grading or resale are not accepted. In the event of a listing error, such as a coin not matching the HiBid title/description or holder information, we will always try to satisfy the bidder, but reserve the right to cancel the sale.
