Lot # : 531 - 25 foot and 3 foot three ways

1) By registering and accepting a bidder number you are entering into a binding legal agreement with The Auction House LLC. 2) When registering you will be required to provide your credit card information. Your credit card information will be retained for purchases and shipping if it is required. You may also choose to have your card charged during settlement. A convenience fee of 3.75% will be added for debit and credit cards. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 3) All items are offered "As is, Where is" by lot, individually, or in groups, as described in the online catalog. 4) A buyer's premium of 10% will be added to all lots purchased. 5)Sales tax charged on all lots except titled vehicles and currency. 6)You will be notified of winning bids by email within 12 hours of auction close. 7)Purchase may not be removed from auction site until paid for in full. 8)The buyer is responsible for removal of all purchases. Any items left behind or not picked up within 5 days of auction close will be forfeit and may be resold. 9) All titled items will require a successful deposit of verified funds before titles are mailed out. cash payments will result in immediate title delivery. 10) Bidders with poor histories of paying or picking up with previous auctions may be denied bidding privileges 11) Shipping will be available on certain items, at buyers expense. A shipping and handling fee of $7.00 will be added to all shipping. You will receive an email after the shipping has been processed with receipt of shipping/handling costs and tracking numbers. 12) All bidders that require will recieve a phone call and/or email from The Auction House within three days of close to collect payment and verify shipping charges and locations. If we are unable to reach you within five days of the auction close all items will be resold.
