** PER CARD COSTS **
1) Cards won across all catalogs within the week, starting from the first catalog on Friday night, March 22nd, through Thursday night, March 28th, are consolidated into a single order. This combined order from the week will be processed and shipped out on Friday, March 29th.
2) 13% buyer's premium is applied to the total order.
3) $.40 per card will be applied to cover various different HiBid fees, handling, and materials. $.25 of the $.40 goes straight to HiBid, as a reference.
4) Cards containing less than 16 cards or $20 in value will be shipped via a stamp and envelope starting at $2.35. See more details in the shipping information section.
**ORDER DISCOUNTS**
1) For every 100 cards you purchase, you will receive a $20 discount on your total order. This reduces the handling fee per card from $0.40 to $0.20.
2) Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders totaling $40 or more in cards. It's important to note that this offer does not impact the $0.40 per card costs; it specifically applies to the standard shipping fees ranging from $5.70 to $6.70. Should you participate in multiple catalogs, your shipping will be consolidated. Please be aware that this discount is exclusively valid within the 48 continental United States. For non-qualified locations, such as Canada, a deduction of $5.70 to $6.70 will be applied to their shipping bill.
3) To request your cards to be shipped with USPS 1st Class over a stamp an envelope, it must be arranged prior to the auction through the "NOTES TO THE AUCTIONEER" section available during registration. If you've already completed your registration, kindly send an email to tony@consignonlineshop.com to make the necessary arrangements.
** SHIPPING **
1) If you win less than 16 cards, your cards will be shipped in with a stamp and envelope starting at $2.35, and increases by $.64 per additional ounce or if it needs to be sent as non-machinable. THIS METHOD OF SHIPPING IS NOT TRACKED, INSURED OR PROTECTED FROM ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES. REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CARDS BEING SHIPPED THIS WAY. IF YOU WANT TRACKING, INSURANCE, AND PROTECTION FROM LOSS OR DAMAGES, PLEASE UPGRADE TO USPS 1ST CLASS PRIOR TO FRIDAY WHEN ORDERS GET FULFILLED.
2) If you win more than 10 cards, win more than $20 worth of cards, have an envelope thicker than a quarter of an inch, or if you request to have your cards shipped, your cards will be shipped using USPS with tracking and insurance to ensure protection and reduce liability. Shipping via USPS begins at a rate of $5.70 for packages weighing up to 4 ounces and increases by $0.50 for each additional 4 ounces until you reach the $40 free shipping threshold.
3) Additionally, an extra $0.35 will be added for cards with a hammer price exceeding $5 to cover toploading for enhanced protection. Top loaders for smaller orders may incur an additional charge if deemed necessary to safeguard the entire order during shipping. Larger orders will be meticulously packaged, placed in team bags, wrapped with either 1/2" or 3/16" bubble wrap, and securely boxed using 4" x 3" x 2" dimensions to ensure a safe and protected shipment.
** PAYMENT AND PICKUP: **
1) All cards on the Fridays
2) If your card payment is declined, we'll send you an email to let you know. You'll then have 6 days to get in touch with us to work out a different payment plan. If you don't, your winnings might go to the next highest bidder.
3) The parts that appear dimmed in the scan are composed of a metallic material that doesn't scan well due to its reflective properties.
4) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any and all purchases made with a credit card.
5) Resellers must submit an ST-101 before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged.
6) Consign Online LLC reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual.
7) All submitted bids are final and irrevocable.
8) On occasion, cards may have been inadvertently relisted or become untraceable due to backend issues with our inventory management system, possibly because they had already been sold. Those card amounts and any associated costs are refunded to reflect what the invoice would have looked like had the that card never been in the invoice.
9) On rare occasions, the cards may not exactly match their photos. This discrepancy is usually attributed to missing parallels during the card organization process. In such instances, we will make sure to send you the card that corresponds to the price it was listed for. For example, if a parallel is pictured but was supposed to be a base card priced as such, we will send you the base card to ensure you receive the correct item according to the listed price.
** RETURNS: **
1) All cards offered for sale are sold on an "as is, where is" basis. The scanned images and photos provided accurately depict the actual condition of the cards. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the cards for any potential damages, alignment issues, scuffs, or other imperfections, as we do not accept returns. Please make your purchasing decisions with care, as all sales are considered final.
