All Items must be paid within 48 hours of auction closing unless other arrangements are made. * All Items must be paid for before pickup * Load out on auction day till 7:00 PM after auction day call for appointment * All shipping and trucking arrangements and cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Oberholtzer Auctions shall in no way be held accountable for any damage cause during loading or transport. * Any dismantling of equipment needed for loading shall be the responsibility of the buyer, auction staff may be available to help, however any expense occurred will be the responsibility of the buyer. * Oberholtzer Auctions reserve the right to cancel and/or restart an auction in case of system failure * In case of internet failure, misuse of internet bidding and other issues may accrue pertaining to internet bidding Oberholtzer Auctions shall not be held responsible. * Reserve bids will be accepted in this auction.
