BUYERS PREMIUM: 4C Land & Auction LLC has a 15% buyer's premium. Ex. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $115.00.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include check, cash or credit card. Payment must be made at pickup the day of pickup. If you don’t pickup your items at the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged! If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times, your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. If we have to move your items at pickup to our location you will be charged an additional fee!
Credit Cards - All credit card purchases will incur a 4% processing fee.
CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.
SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE TO BUYERS AT BUYERS EXPENSE OR ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP IN Logan, KS. CHECK OUT/PICKUP is Sunday, April 14th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS)! To check if an item can be shipped call the auction company. A $5 handling fee per lot will be charged to get your item to the shipping center.
LOAD OUT: If you do not pickup your items at the posted pickup times – your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. Winning Bidders must pick their items up in Logan, KS. Load out will be held on Sunday, April 14th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS)! An email will be sent to winning bidders with the location for pickup.
Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools and moving equipment.
If you do not pickup during the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged and your items will be FORFEITED, immediately! (NO EXCEPTIONS) 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases!
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction related technologies, 4C Land & Auction, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, restart the bidding entirely or close the bidding. NOTE – Lots are not considered sold until the ENTIRE auction has be closed and invoiced.
NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR 4C LAND & AUCTION, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices; cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s). **Unless otherwise stated in an item description, no items have been tested for functionality.

**Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.

GENERAL TERMS: The auction will be conducted by 4C Land & Auction, LLC (Auctioneer) on behalf of the owners of the property, referred to as the Seller. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of Seller. The auction shall be governed by the terms set forth herein (the agreement), and any additional terms and conditions that are posted concerning the specific property. The Agreement constitutes a valid, binding contract between individuals participating in the auction with the intent to purchase property, referred to as the Bidder or Buyer, and Seller/Auctioneer. The term Bidder or Buyer shall include, but not limited to, the individual or the company represented by the individual and any and all of its agents, employees, representatives, officers, and directors. Auctioneer is not responsible for statements made by the Bidder, Buyer, or other parties. Auctioneer reserves the right to periodically change the terms and conditions of the Agreement, which shall be effective immediately upon posting. It is the Bidders responsibility to review any and all changes made to these terms and conditions prior to bidding on property. The act of submitting a bid shall constitute Bidder acceptance of each and every term and condition contained herein, any additional terms and conditions posted with the property, and any changes made within the full agreement. All persons attending, inspecting or removing property assumes all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer from all liability. Auctioneer is not liable by reason of any defect in, or condition of, the property or the premises on which the preview/sale is held. Auctioneer is released for any claims to actual damage to the property sold and/or consequential damages that may result from the sale of defective property.
Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. 4C Land & Auction, LLC shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. We make no guarantees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarantee of the above. You may come inspect the items for your own judgment by appointment.
DISCLOSURES/NO WARRANTY: There is no warranty offered, expressed or implied, by 4C Land & Auction, LLC or Sellers for any property. All property are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and with all faults and defects therein. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All information provided is believed to be correct but NO warranty as such is either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder is solely responsible to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. Bidder inspection of the property prior to submitting a bid is strongly recommended. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or withdraw property from the auction, and/or regroup items. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell property absolute or with reserve, at Sellers discretion. The Seller does have the right to make the final bid and the Auctioneer does have the right to bid on behalf of the Seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to open the bid as the result of a tie bid or discrepancies in the bid. Buyer assumes full responsibility of property at time of purchase, and all risk of loss and damage to property.
TITLES: All titles will be assigned to buyer. NO OPEN TITLES. Titles will be mailed to the buyer with in 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
(ALL FIREARMS WLL BE TRANSFERRED THROUGH FFL & WILL REQUIRE PROPER BACKGROUND CHECKS)
-Buyer will be charged $30 per gun for ffl transfer.
-Please check your local and state laws before bidding.
-The bidder is responsible for the knowledge of their own states laws and regulations.
- Firearms may only be shipped to a licensed dealer (FFL Holder). Some listed items may not be legal in every state. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees.
-Must be 18 years of age to purchase long gun.
-Must be 21 years of age to purchase hand gun.
-In all of our listings the gun you see is the gun you will get. Please email with any questions prior to bidding.
-IF YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK IS DENIED YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND. PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT BUY A GUN!
