Checkout Date/Time Pick up is Saturday April 6th from 1pm-7pm. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO REMOVE WINNING LOTS UNTIL AFTER 1PM. All sold lots can be dropped off April 5th from 2-7pm and April 6th from 7-11am. ALL SOLD LOTS MUST BE IN THE BARN BY 11AM April 6th. This ensures proper time for our licensed market Veterinarian to inspect all animals in compliance with our MO Dept. of Agriculture and USDA licenses.

Description
NEMO Animal Auctions Easter Egg-Stravaganza Online Auction bidding begins 6 am CST March 28th and ends with a soft close beginning at 7pm CST March 31st. Soft close means time is added to the clock if bid is placed in the last 2 minutes. Lots will close 20 seconds apart. Reminder all animal must be picked up April 6th from 1pm-7pm. Your card on file with Hibid will be charged at close of auction. THERE IS NOT AN OPTION TO PAY AT PICK UP. There is a 8% buyer’s premium added to your winning bid. There is NO Longer a separate credit card transaction fee.
PAYMENTS: Winning bidders will be invoiced after the auction closes, the winning bidders card on file will be charged the winning bid price and the buyers premium of 8% at the close of the auction. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AT PICK UP. All invoiced winning bids must be paid for by Tuesday April 2nd either by Credit card on file or with wire transfer. NO Exceptions. Please make sure the funds are available and card limit is available for your bid totals. If you need the option of a wire transfer notify us immediately and instructions will be sent to your email on file, there is a $20 fee for all wire transfers. Due to MO Dept. of AG rules EVERY Animal that sells will have to come to NEMO Fairgrounds for our licensed vet to inspect. All lots will be available for pick up in Kirksville, MO after 1pm April 6th ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE NEMO FAIRGROUNDS IN KIRKSVILLE, MO. YOU MUST PICK UP ON April 6th From 1PM-7PM. Any Animal not picked up by April 6th will have a $10 a day feed/care charge added. It is Bidders responsibility to know your state and local laws regarding ownership of each animal. If you require health certificates for your state you must notify us at close of auction and one will be provide at additional cost of $25. By registering for this auction and participating in any auction your are agreeing to be legally bound by our terms and conditions and bid card terms & conditions. Continued use of this site constitutes your agreement with all conditions and details of this auction. There will be no chargebacks or disputes of your winning bid purchases. All guarantees of description on each lot is between the buyer and the seller and the auction company is not liable for any representation or guarantee made by the seller. All Winning lots must be paid with in 24 hours of close of auction. We will not take payment on pick up day, No exceptions.
