All lots are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. The information on our lots are provided as a guide only. We do try our best to give accurate information as well as quality photos. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Currency - USD Buyer Premium - A buyer's premium of 10% will be added. Taxes - No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responsible for paying any sales tax their state requires. All sales are final. The debit / credit card you used to register for the auction will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for any winning bids plus 10%. *If you wish to pay at the time of pick-up, let us know BEFORE the auction ends - cash or card are accepted means of payment. If you have your items shipped, shipping costs will be charged (separately) to this same card when the shipping label is created. Shipping is available unless otherwise stated. We will have "No Ship" in the title and "Local pick-up only" in the description of the lots we will not ship. No international shipping. We only ship within the US 50 states. Payment must be made in full (winning bids plus 10% plus shipping and handling cost) before items are shipped. We normally charge a $5 handling fee for orders that are shipped. Large, complicated and / or fragile orders may have a higher handling fee (up to $25). The handling fee amount is subject to our discretion. Lots will start closing at 15 second intervals beginning at 7:00PM the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on a lot and someone makes a last minute bid, that lot will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (The countdown time of the other lots will not be affected.) An e-mail will be sent Friday night after the auction ends and your card has been processed that will include a copy of your invoice. If your card on file with HiBid that you used to register for the auction is declined, you will be notified in this e-mail. Pick-up location: 2810 SE 39th Loop Hillsboro, OR 97123 Suite G. All items MUST be paid for and picked up between: 10AM and 4PM on Saturday 04/20/2024 10AM and 4PM on Sunday 04/21/2024 10AM and 4PM on Monday 04/22/2024 Contact us if you are unable to pick up during these designated times. An appointment will be required if we allow you to pick up on a later day. Unpaid orders: By 4pm PDT Friday April 26, 2024 any order that has not been paid for will be cancelled, the item(s) will no longer be available and the winning bidder will be denied participation in future auctions. Paid orders: By 4pm PDT Monday May 13, 2024 any order that has been paid for but not picked up or shipped out (due to failure to pay for the shipping cost) will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. No refund will be given. Our lots will occasionally have prop stands, a measuring tape, and/or other displays to help showcase the items in the pictures. They will NOT be sold with the lot unless specifically stated. If boxes and containers are shown in the pictures, they are a part of the auction lot purchase. By participating in this auction you are giving permission to Maniac Mark's Auction to email you about all upcoming events. We reserve the right to deny registration of an invidual to our auction. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
