This auction is ONLINE ONLY and will take place on Thursday, March 28th, 2024. Lots will start to close at 1pm the day of the auction at the rate of 5 lots per minute. This Auction will consist of new in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and customer returns inventory from Amazon. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. If it is a customer return it will be noted in the listing.
Auction Terms & Conditions - ALL Items must be picked up on the specified pick up dates . All Unpaid invoices will be relisted on MONDAY following an auction. All Items paid and not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be relisted ON MONDAY after the Auction, If a refund is issued we will refund the amount minus the 15% buyers premium for restocking fee. - Please submit Tax Exempt ID before auction day to prevent being charged taxes when invoiced - There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased. - All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. - PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are processed at the conclusion of each auction to the card used during registration. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 15% buyer’s premium and state sales tax.
