Liquid Deals Inc. does not provide warranties, guarantees or exchange privileges. All items are sold on an "As-is Where-is" basis. As a condition of registration, all prospective bidders agree that they have the capacity to independently contract with Liquid Deals Inc. on any purchases made. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE PICK UP/SHIPPING, AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS POSTED ONLINE FOR EACH AUCTION 1. Remember that when you register for aLiquid Deals Inc. Timed Online Auction your registration name will appear on the invoice if you make a purchase. REGISTER in the name that is to appear on your invoice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND AS SUCH ALL INVOICES ARE FINAL. Once the bidder registration form has been completed online in full and submitted, and you have been approved to bid, you will then have confirmed and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions of the auction. 2.Liquid Deals Inc. (as the Auctioneers) reserve the right to approve a registration, refuse a registration for bidding and/or revoke the respective registration at any time, before, during or after bidding. 3. Your password, along with your email address/username will allow you to log into our auction and bid, and are 100% your responsibility, Liquid Deals Inc. does not have access to this information. If you lose access to your account due to password or username issuesLiquid Deals Inc. will not be able to correct this. 4. A 18%buyer's premium is in effect on all items at every auction. Please note that the buyer's premium is a taxable service and as such subject to GST. 5.Liquid Deals Inc. will accept etransfer, online credit card payments. No in person payments will be accepted. 6. All registered bidders are held personally liable and financially responsible for any and all bids placed using their accounts. By virtue of you accepting Liquid Deals Inc. Terms and Conditions of Sale, you are agreeing to pay the bid amount, in addition to the Buyer's Premium and GST, within the timeline dictated by the Auctioneer. 7. Any catalogue description is merely a guide and may contain errors or incorrect information. The Auctioneers make NO representation whatsoever with respect to any degree of accuracy as it pertains to the year of manufacture, odometer and/or hour meter that may be indicated on any lot. NO sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots.Liquid Deals Inc. maintains the right to add or delete any lots during the Auction. 8. When placing a bid on an item in the auction, and becoming the high (or winning) bidder you agree that you have entered into a binding contract withLiquid Deals Inc., for the purchase of the specific lot(s). 9. Each item in this online auction has a specific time when the bidding will close. Please ensure that you check the closing times on the items you wish to bid on. For the best bidding experience please ensure you are on the live catalogue page of the auction during closing of bidding. 10. If a buyer enters a bid at the last minute of the lot, the ending time of this item will automatically be extended by 60 seconds until there is no further bid activity. This is referred to as a "soft close" or bid extension. 11. All sales are final and all purchased lot(s) must be paid in full. The buyer agrees that all items offered at auction are strictly sold on an "AS IS" basis.Liquid Deals Inc. will not warranty or guarantee any item in the sale. All items purchased must be removed by the date and time stated by the Auctioneer. No item will be removed by the buyer without full payment being made and an appropriate release is obtained by the buyer. 12. All items purchased by the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer and must be removed by the buyer. Liquid Deals Inc. will not assist with the hand loading of any items. Assistance is available when it is safe to do so, Liquid Deals Inc. reserves the right to refuse any load based on safety. If you do not bring adequate assistance for loading your purchases you will be required to reschedule your pick-up appointment. 13. No person shall bid on any lot for which they are the consignor or an agent or associate of the consignor. 14. The catalogue is purely a guide. It is based on information from sources believed to be reliable and from the consignor; however, its accuracy cannot be guaranteed. No refunds or returns will be offered. All purchases are as is, and final sale 15. When registering for an auction you are agreeing to the shipping rates that may be included on invoices and must be paid for in full prior to items being shipped. Liquid Deals Inc. is not responsible to shipping fees associated and shipping fees will not be refunded once shipping charges have been processed. 16. All invoices must be paid by 12:00pm next day following the auction close date. Failure to do so will result in Liquid Deals Inc. denying future approvals for auction bidding. 17. All items must be picked up and/or shipped within 7 days. After 7 days any remaining items will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded and Liquid Deals Inc. may relist the items for sale. 18). Specific lots may have a special note attached about shipping. If these lots are won and are labeled no shipping available and/or local pick up only Liquid Deals Inc. will not ship these specific lots and if they are not picked up within 7 days of the invoice date they will be deemed abandoned without refund. 19). All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Bidding on lots , you as a buyer are entering into a contract with Liquid Deals Inc. and agree to pay the full invoice charges and all shipping charges assoicated with shipping the order out. Once the buyer receives the tracking information for the winning invoice, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees associated and the shipping will not be cancelled and not refunded. 20). Liquid Deals Inc. reserves the right to sell some of the available lots in store. If lots are sold in store prior to the auction ending, the sold lot(s) will be removed from the current auction 21). A handling fee of $0.75 will be applied to each won lot. Handling fee applies to each qty, so if a lot is a qty of 2 the handling fee would be $1.50 22). It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item(s) they are bidding on can be shipped and imported into their country for international shipments. Any shipments that are refused by customs for import will not be refunded and will be considered abandoned and become the property of Liquid Deals Inc.
