Such items will not be considered sold until reserve bid is confirmed. 2) Acceptance of a high bid is a Legal and Binding Contract enforceable in a court of law. 3) No one under the age of 16 is allowed to attend the auction or preview. 4) All purchases must be settled in full on Auction Day or within 24-Hours of Auction end. Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Bank Wire Transfer accepted as only form of payment. No Exceptions or Extensions. 5) There is a Buyers Premium added to every purchase of 10%. Online bidders will pay a 2% premium in addition to the 10% Buyers Premium. 6) 7% Sales Taxes will added to every invoice unless you present a Valid State Exemption Form UPON REGISTRATION. State Sales Taxes to be collected on all Titled unless a current Auto Dealers License is on file UPON REGISTRATION. 7) All items are SOLD AS-IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL 8) There are No Warranties Expressed or Implied.
