Lead 1967 Gibson LG-0 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar
Description
1967 Gibson LG-0 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (Serial Number: 898277). Gibson first introduced their LG-0 model in 1958 and continued production until 1974. According to the serial number we have matched the production of this particular model to 1967. The LG-0 was aimed at entry-level guitarists and was their most affordable Gibson instrument at the time. Intended for students, it features all mahogany construction for the top, back, and sides with ladder bracing. Overall length is 39 1/2 in. (100.3 cm.), 14 3/8 in. (36.5 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 1/2 in. (11.4 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). The guitar has noticeable wear and usage marks all over the body as well as the neck. Please see images for details regarding condition.
