Collectibles and other items found around the greater St. louis area from liquidating estates. Items vary greatly from home décor, to antiques, to outdoor and patio items. Pretty much everything under the sun! No need to come into the building since we'll have movers on-site to run items out to you. PICKUP IS SATURDAY 10-2 Pick up is one day only, address will be shown on winning invoice. All items not picked up by end of pickup will be forfeited. No shipping without auctioneer approval. We try to point out ware or damage when we see it but since we process so many items we may not catch everything. Check all pictures and descriptions of items. We do not test items unless noted. If you have questions shoot me a message Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, if you do not receive an invoice check your junk/spam folders. We have no control over your email so if you dont make pickup because of this we are not responsible and your items will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to leave with all of your items. This is an online only auction with no preview. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEES and all sales are final. We do our best to describe all items in the auction but YOU are the judge of the items value and authenticity. Please use your best judgement when purchasing, like you would anywhere else. If at any time an items picture and description do not match, the description will always take precedence of what item is in the designated lot up for sale. There is a 12% buyers premium associated with this auction. Bidder waives their right to any credit card chargebacks for items and understands there are NO exchanges refunds or returns. NO HOLDS, items must be picked up during the specified pickup window. All non payers will be banned from all future auctions. NO SHOWS: If you miss pickup then your items are forfeited. Even if you have paid for the items, do your best to not miss pickup. All bidders must complete online registration in order to bid in this auction and must be at least 18 years of age in order to bid. Once a bid is placed you are bound to this agreement and if you win the items you will be expected to complete all payment and shipping as stated in the T&C of the auction and follow all guidelines included on the site. All bidders are entering into a binding contract with Tommy Trades LLC once they bid, and are legally obligated to pay for all items won and adhere to all auction terms and conditions. Tommy Trades LLC reserves the right to decline all and any bidder for any reason. Be sure to bring help if its not specified that there are movers on site. It is always good to bid on things that you're capable of moving yourself, considering you'll only have yourself once you get home from pickup. Auction Closing: This auction will have a soft closing which means that items will begin closing at 7pm one at a time with another item closing every 20 seconds from one another. This way you can bid on multiple items at one time and not fear you may lose any of them. Bidding will be extended on an item for 1 minute if anyone bids on that item within the last 1 minute of items closing. This once again keeps other bidders from steeling an item from you when you have put your time and effort into getting it for several days/bids. Tommy Trades LLC reserves the right to extend, cancel, retract, ban or reschedule any item in this event. The auctioneer reserves the right to change, closing time if needed. Due to this being an online auction, please keep in mind that connection server or other technology may suffer difficulties and effect your ability to bid. Tommy Trades LLC nor this service provider are not responsible for any technical issues that occur with the online auction process.

After the auction ends you will receive an invoice within 1-2 hours for your purchases plus 12% buyers premium and the card on file will be charged. Invoices over $500 require a photo ID at pick up to ensure buyer matches the card on file. If your card on file is declined then you will receive another invoice or will be expected to pay at pick up. Non payment results in being banned from future auctions. The card you register with on HiBid will be charged after the auction ends, usually within an hour of the last lot closing. If you wish to pay a different way you must call and speak to Tommy and get approval prior to the auction ending. You will receive an invoice the night the auction ends. It is your responsibility to contact us if you don't receive an invoice. We have no control over how your emails are received. Items not picked up due to bidders saying they didn’t receive an invoice are forfeited. Do your part and contact us if you think you won an item and didn’t receive an invoice. It is your responsibility to pick up your items. We invoice items the night the auction ends. If you do not receive an invoice via email then you must contact us. We have no control over how your emails are received, and you are still responsible for picking up during the scheduled pick up date. Otherwise items are forfeited. We do our best to work with customers but please do your part and pick up on pick up day. Thank you.
