All credit card and cash payments shall be processed by Chappell Hill Auction. PICK-UP Pick up times & dates are firm. All items are to be picked up by the designated time that the auction states . Live Oak Auctions will be the determining factor on deciding whether the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick-up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Chappell Hill Auction.
