B) Credit Cards: When paying by credit card, please include your service fee for credit card usage of 4%. Again, CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED. If you are reselling items, all purchases are subject to New Mexico State Sales Tax laws (8.19% if applicable). Successful bidder must contact Neil Agency Auctioneers within twenty-four (24) hours of auction ending with form of payment. Complete settlement must be paid to Neil Agency Auctioneers before any item will be released. Note: Payment is due within 48 hours. Storage, insurance, dismantling, *loading and removal of item is at the risk, expense and liability of the BUYER. Any items not removed within 10 days of Auction may be subject to a daily storage fee (unless prior arrangements have been made). ITEMS BEYOND 30 DAYS WILL BE RESOLD AND MONIES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED (unless prior arrangements have been made). Neil Agency Auctioneers, LLC is the auctioneer/representative and does not load, transport or ship inventory. You must make arrangements for a 3rd party transport for pick up for shipment if buyer cannot collect winning item. New Mexico Sales Tax will not be charged if using a legitimate 3rd party transport (must show proof by providing Bill of Lading). Please be prepared to bring assistance and equipment to help load item(s). THERE WILL BE ONLY A FORKLIFT TO HELP LOAD. If additional equipment is needed, you must be prepared to bring what is needed to help you load your winning items AND MANPOWER AS EVERYTHING IS IN BULK. Again: Note: Please be prepared to bring manpower to assist. There there will be a forklift to lift and load items if you are the winning bidder. Should you appear without manpower to assist with loading, you will have to reschedule for another day.
