Payment-Winning bids will be clerked at the completion of the auction and all invoices will be charged to the card registered on HiBid and the reciept will be emailed to winning bidders. a.Please check your spam mail if you did not receive the invoice. b.15% Buyers Premium for Credit/Debit Cards and 12% Buyers Premium for Cash. Paypal or checks are not accepted. c. Items not paid for will not be prepared for shipping. d. If your credit card is declined you have 48 hours to pay your invoice or the sale will be canceled and the items put back up sale. Nonpaying bidders could possibly be permantly banned from future auctions. 4. The bidder must notify the auction house before the close of the auction if they are paying cash at pick up. 5. PICK UP-Winning bidders must pick up the items on the specified day for the auction. a. Winning bidders picking up their items must notify the auction company if they can not pick up the items on time and arrange a pick up time. b. Items not picked up on the specified day will be charged to the card on file on Hibid at the close of the pick up day and will be forfited and not refunded. c. Winning bidders must be able to load and haul their items. The auction may or may not supply help to load and will not deliver. Bring your own packing materials and boxes. 6. Bidders with a negative Hibid score will be automatically declined from bidding. Bidders with bad payment history with other auction companies will be declined from bidding. 7. Firearms and ammunition must be paid for in cash and will not be shipped unless arranged through FFL. Firearms must be picked up at the FFL dealer designated by the auction company and will have to pay the FFL dealer an additional fee. All firearms sales must meet federal and state laws and will be strictly adhered to. Please don't bid on items not marked for shipping if you require shipping. b. Each lot displays a shipping or no shipping icon. c. Unshippable items will be charged on your invoice and not shipped and you could possibly be banned from future auctions. 3. The shipping price will be added to the invoice when the items are boxed and weighed. a.The amount for shipping will be charged to the credit card on HiBid. b.You will receive an updated paid invoice showing both charges. c. Items not paid for at the close of the auction will not be prepared for shipping. 4. GOLD & SILVER-If you are buying gold and silver and need shipping you may be required to: a. Send proof of Identification with a picture ID, before we ship. The photo ID must match the name and address on file. b. In some cases you may be required to send payment by money order before we ship. 5. Declined Credit Cards a. If your credit card is declined you have 48 hours to pay your invoice or the sale will be canceled and the items put back up sale. We charge $5 per box for USPS b. $5 per box for UPS or Fedex. c. Porcelain Head dolls will be charged $10 extra per doll. Porcelain head dolls only. d. Shipping will be combined as much as possible. 8. Shipping is done via USPS first class, USPS Priority, USPS Media Mail for qualified items, Fedex or UPS. No other forms of shipping will be accepted. 9. We are not responsible for breakage during shipping. You will be provided the tracking number so you can claim insurance. 10. Shipping to USA and Canada only. Some items may not be avilable to ship to Canada. Canadian Buyers will be responsible for paying Customs Duty Taxes upon delivery.
