ABSOLUTELY CAN **NOT** HOLD OR STORE ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THE ALLOTED PICK UP DATES AND TIMES. WINNING BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO SEND SOMEONE IN THEIR PLACE TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS AT THEIR DISCRETION ONLY. IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK YOUR ITEMS UP DURING THE ALLOTED DATES/TIMES, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

Shipping MAY be available on select smaller sized items. All large items will need to be picked up from the estate/auction location. Please call 601-724-1730 or email us at Auction18Brandon@Gmail.com to discuss all shipping arrangements.
*Shipping ONE single item requires a minimum purchase totalling $50.00 USD.
*Shipping multiple items requires a minimum purchase totalling $75.00 USD.
*Please contact us the morning following the auction's closing with your credit/debit card information for shipment.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer/bidder to contact Auction 18, LLC in regards to shipping arrangements. All items will tentatively ship the week following the auction ending. Please allow a MINIMUM of 10-12 business days for shipments to be prepared for drop off.
A 15% buyers premium will be added to the highest bid/total purchase price. Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder upon the closing of the auction.
No credit card charge backs allowed. Mississippi 7% SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless a resale tax permit/exemption number is on file.
All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without any guarantees or warranties from Auction 18, LLC. All item details can be found under the "Item Description" section of each listing. Auction 18, LLC. describes each item to the best of their ability. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to bid on as well as carefully read the item descriptions. Items are sold AS IS with YOU making the decision in regard to authenticity. No refunds will be given post auction closing.

**HIBID AUCTIONS FEATURE AN AUTO BID EXTEND/SOFT CLOSING**
AUCTION END TIMES: Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction item scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.
SERVER, SOFTWARE TECHNICAL OR INTERNET ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Auction 18 LLC. reserves the right to extend, continue, or close all bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR AUCTION 18 LLC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Auction 18 LLC. will send notifications via E-mail to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.
DISCLAIMERS & ABSENCE OF WARRANTIES:
* Information contained herein believed to be accurate but not guaranteed by Auction 18 LLC.
* In all transactions, the Auctioneer is acting as agent for the Seller only. Property will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees, expressed or implied, by Auction 18 LLC.
* All decisions of the AUCTIONEER are final.
Auction 18 LLC. reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason prior to the close of bidding.
Auction 18 LLC. reserves the right to cancel this auction, or remove any item/lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding.
Bidder Verification:
The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Auction 18 LLC. will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. The Seller and Auction 18 LLC. reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc.
Bidder responsiblities include, but not limited to:
All bidders agree to keep his/her user name and password confidential, as each individual is responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving his/her account. If your user name is offensive to Auction 18 LLC., then AUCTION 18 LLC. reserves the right to terminate your bidding.
When using the web site you must obey any and all local state and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges. Auction company employees and/or Auction 18 LLC. may bid on this auction. We gather aggregate information from this web site, which may include but is not limited to: number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence.
DEFAULT:
Any items/purchases that are not settled by the specified pick up day will be considered in default. Upon default, the bidder will be black listed/blocked from bidding on Auction 18 LLC's auctions. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of Auction 18 LLC.
Buyer/Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Auction 18 LLC., its Agents, and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgements, costs, fees, etc.
15% Buyers Premium and 7% sales tax will be charged to all winning bids. Vehicles, if any, included in an auction will have a 5% Buyer's Premium.
Auction 18 LLC. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payments on any items won. All credit/debit cards will be processed the morning after the closing of the auction. Any items not picked up by the 7th day after the auction closing, will become sole property of Auction 18 LLC. No leniency to this regard.
