By registering and engaging in this auction, you agree to the Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") of the HiBid auction platform ("Platform") for lots and items provided by Great Southern Coins ("Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Company’s auctions. 1. **Registration and Account**: In order to participate in the online auction, you must register for an account on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. 2. **Auction Listings**: The Company may, in its sole discretion, list items for auction on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any listings at any time for any reason. All listings are sold “as-is”. Any descriptive words or claims represent the opinions of the Company, and are in no way a guarantee of condition or future resale value. 3. **Authenticity Guarantee**: The Company guarantees all lots are genuine and made in the year and location indicated in the title of the listing. Any claims regarding condition or aesthetic appeal are solely the opinions of the Company and are in no way a guarantee of grade or condition. If the Bidder has a question about the authenticity, condition, and/or eye appeal of an item, the Bidder should contact the Company BEFORE placing a bid. Bids are legally binding. 4. **Bidding**: By placing a bid on an item, you agree to pay the amount of your bid, plus any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs as described in the auction details. Bids are binding contracts. If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction, you are obligated to purchase the item at the bid price placed. 5. **Payment**: Payment for items purchased through the Platform will be processed immediately for single-item orders. Bidders who win multiple items will be billed a single s/h rate per combined package and the credit card on file charged within 24 hours. The Company will contact winning bidders of combined lots that exceed $5,000 to arrange payment and shipping preferences. 6. **Shipping and Delivery**: The Company will arrange for the shipping and delivery of items purchased through the Platform. Shipping costs will be specified in the item listing. All packages are insured and mailed via USPS with tracking. Orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery. Orders will ship within 3 business days of payment clearing both the Platform and Company’s bank accounts. If the bidder has a specific preference for mail carrier, that should be agreed upon by the Company before placing a bid. 7. **Returns and Refunds**: The Company offers a no-questions-asked 10-day returns policy. Buyer should reach out to the Company to discuss the method of returning the merchandise for refund. Refunds are given via the original method of payment used. No cash, gift cards, exchanges or store credits given for returned items. Returned items must be in their original condition as received and returned to the Company in the original holder. If the winning bidder questions the authenticity of an item, the bidder should reach out to the Company to discuss the concerns. 8. **Modification of Terms**: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, registration to engage in the Company’s auctions is denied.
