Terms and Conditions (Refund Policy): Utah County Auctions LLC does not offer any returns or exchanges unless the merchandise is grossly misrepresented. If you bid it, you buy it. We cannot remove bids that have already been placed. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All return requests must be made with 3 days of taking possession of your item. To request a return, you can contact us at utahcountyauctions@gmail.com. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Any Item not picked up within 2 weeks of the auction closing will be re-auctioned off with no refund to the original buyer.
