Terms and Conditions – By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction addict should know when bidding in our auction. Payments: Your payment is due when the auction ends. This will include a 10% buyer’s premium and Utah state sales tax. You will receive an invoice with a balance due. Your invoice will come from: af360-noreply@sandhills.com If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. If you do not make the payment or pick up your item within the allotted pick-up times, your items may be sold to someone else. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. We have 3 days for pick ups for this auction. The Thursday, Friday & Saturday following the auction. Thursday 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All items that are not picked up by Saturday at 2:00 PM will be considered abandoned and forfeited and are subject to disposal or donation. We are located at 282 E Manti Dr, Draper, Utah 84020. NO SHIPPING This auction is for ALL bidders with the ability to pick up their items. Elevated Auctions is not responsible for item removal. We may assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, Elevated Auctions employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported in or on your vehicle. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Items cannot be visually inspected so we do our best to test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: At Elevated Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. Otherwise, all sales are final. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. Email/Text: Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. Elevated Auctions will not fill your email with junk and text you at the most inconvenient times. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner. Elevated Auctions emails are few and far between. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe: Phone numbers and emails will only be added to locations that you have registered.
