Auction Payment - Winning bidders desiring to pay cash must notify Atlantic Auction by phone at 336-452-4600 prior to the end of the auction. Otherwise, credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover Card) will be charged when the auction is complete. A 15% buyers premium will be added to the total sale price of each item sold and is expected with payment. A 7% North Caroina Sales Tax will be added to the total sales price of each item unless a NCDOR Tax Exemption Form is submitted and approved prior to the auction. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated per customer and per sale when needed. 3. Due Diligence - All items represented by photographs, descriptions and other specific information are intended to present the product in an honest and detailed format. However, as the history and specific situations of the item(s) are uncertain and unavailable, total accuracy is never guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect, research or otherwise determine the specific details of the item(s) prior to bidding. All sales are final. 4. Disclosure / Disclaimer - Atlantic Auction Service, LLC will represent all items listed as they are presented by the seller. Some items will be offered as "Absolute" to the highest bidder and some will be offered with "Reserve" (where a minimum bid must be met). Bidders / buyers must inspect, investigate and/or otherwise determine an items condition before placing a bid. Bidders are reminded that items are previously owned and may contain unseen or unrepresented alterations or defects. 5. Product Pickup - All items must be payed in full and picked up on site at the predetermined time. If shipping is required, all shipping / handling arrangements must be made and payed prior to shipping. Items not picked up may be forfeited. Atlantic Auction Service, LLC nor the seller is responsible for damage or theft of any items. The items become the property of the successful buyer when invoice is paid in full. The buyer is responsible for all loading, handling and transport of items purchased. 6. Auction Staff reserves the right to bid on listed items in every auction. 7. Bidding on lots will close at the predetermined time when competetitive bidding has ended. 8. All information concerning items presented is considered reliable, however, in no way guarenteed.
