** Note—when picking up items, please know your Bidder number (located on your invoice) and have a copy of your invoice on hand. This will help speed up check-out time. Thank you.
** Reminder - check your items and ensure you have everything before leaving the pickup location.
Your credit card will be charged for the total invoiced amount at the close of the auction.
A declined credit card will result in an additional $25.00 fee.
Payment
You must have a registered credit card on file before bidding. By registering to bid, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and agree and accept that your credit card will be charged immediately following the auction close.
Pickup Location
2005 North Michigan Street, Plymouth, Indiana 46563 (Inside Twice Treasured, Too)
Shortly after the auction ends, you will receive an invoice in your registered email with a list of items won - please note the pick-up location and times. If you can not pick up during the scheduled time, please do not bid.
The buyer’s Premium for all internet bidding is 15%, Sales Tax is 7%, and the Credit Card fee is 3.5% (sales tax is charged on the total invoiced items).
All items are sold AS IS. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or CHARGE BACKS.
You are bidding on new, previously owned, or used items and/or assorted merchandise of returns; shelf pulls, and overstocks - some items may be new, used, damaged, missing, or outdated (expired). NOTE – we do not necessarily examine items, open boxes to check for damage, and/or test items for working. We will check to see if an item(s) turns on if it is not in a sealed package.
The bidder must determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and other determinative factors. The description and photos are offered as a guide only.
NextGen Treasures Online Auctions or its sellers cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions caused by any means and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
NextGen Treasures Online Auction, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the auction closing date, and resell any items/lots affected by any malfunction or interruption of service. The decision of NextGen Treasures is Final.
Items not picked up will revert to the action house.
