All items are sold as-is, where is, no warranties, expressed or implied, we try out best to let you know if something is not 100% perfect. We will ship some items to out of State buyers, at a total cost to buyer. For the cost of boxes, gas, time, packing supplies this fee will vary betweent $6 and $10 per box. We do not ship large items or furniture. Remember we are NOT the COA police and you need to do your own research on the COA companies. You must bring your own help to move the furniture and materials to pack up breakables.
