1. Auction is online only, no floor bids or absentee bids accepted. 2. Everything is sold as is, no warranties, guarantees, no refunds or returns on all items new or used, no matter what. Paypal or checks are not accepted. c. Items not paid for will become property of Edward Doub Auctions. d. If your credit card is declined you have 48 hours to pay your invoice or the sale will be canceled and the items put back up sale. Nonpaying bidders could possibly be permantly banned from future auctions. 4. The bidder must notify the auction house before the close of the auction if they are paying cash at pick up. This will prevent your card from being charged. 5. PICK UP-Winning bidders must pick up the items on the specified day for the auction. a. Winning bidders picking up their items must notify the auction company if they can not pick up the items on time and arrange a pick up time. b. Items not picked up on the specified day will be charged to the card on file on Hibid at the close of the pick up day and will be forfited and not refunded. c. Winning bidders must be able to load and haul their items. The auction may or may not supply help to load and will not deliver. Bring your own packing materials and boxes. 6. Bidders with a negative Hibid score will be automatically declined from bidding. Bidders with bad payment history with other auction companies will be declined from bidding. 7. SHIPPING: We can ship smaller items. IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN ITEM SHIPPED, THERE WILL BE A $ 5.00 PACKAGING FEE ON SMALL ITEMS PER LOT. mULTIPLE LOTS WILL BE COMBINED INTO ONE SHIPMENT IF POSSIBLE AND STILL BE CHARGED $ 5.00 PER LOT FOR PACKAGING. YOUR CARD WILL ALSO BE CHARGED THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST. I USE USPS, UPS AND FEDEX.. **SHIPMENT OF ITEMS COULD TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS DEPENDING ON VOLUME.
