The buyer understands they will be held responsible for any damage that takes place because of them removing their items whether this be a careless act or an accident. Cash, Check, or Card are all viable payment methods. For some items the auctioneer may request certified funds such as cashier check. All card transactions will incur a 4.00% surcharge. Any returned checks will result in a $50.00 service charge and a permanent ban from all Morgan Riat Auctions events.
