• There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. • All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. • All Items must be picked up on the specified pick up dates. All Unpaid invoices will be re-listed on Wednesday following an auction. All Items paid and not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be re-listed after one week of the auction date. After 30 days, items not picked up will receive a fee of $25/day to cover storage fees. • Please submit Tax Exempt ID before auction day to prevent being charged taxes when invoiced. • PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are processed at the conclusion of each auction to the card used during registration. If you would like to use a different card you must notify us before auction day. • All buyers must have a paid receipt from Texas Liquidators Auctions at time of pickup. • Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. • Texas Liquidators is not responsible for preview or removal. Note: If items are not removed by the deadline and there is a discrepancy no refunds will be issued, and if items are not removed by the deadline bidder's account will be suspended until removal is completed. • All merchandise is sold “as is” and “where is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. • There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the Texas Liquidators premises* • Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal - Texas Liquidators is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal.
