M & E Sales, LLC reserves the right to determine who can and cannot place bids. We utilize a third-party online platform and do not have direct control over registrations. ITEMS CONDITION: All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS." ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks, or refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value, and any other determinative factor. Descriptions and photos are provided as a guide only. We do not claim to be experts; any description we provide is our opinion and should not be taken as fact. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. M & E Sales, LLC recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is available, please contact us to schedule a time. M & E Sales, LLC will not be responsible for errors such as posting incorrect photos for an item. If a description does not match the picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. The bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All damages seen at the time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches, and wear may not be specifically mentioned. * We reserve the right to remove any item at any time during the course of the auction *We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. PAYMENT: All invoices under $2500 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices over $2500 must be paid by approved methods. Approved methods include Cash, Certified Check from a Local Bank, or Credit Card with matching ID presented in person. All invoices will be sent showing a 8% buyer's premium calculated from the bidder's total winning amount. Bidders waive their right to a chargeback and agree that they will not initiate a chargeback on any credit/debit card purchases. Any Chargeback is subject to a defense fee of $100 to offset the time and fees associated with the chargeback. PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in the auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. M & E Sales, LLC does not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item left at the sale site is not our responsibility. Ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are available for pick up only during the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture. BREACHING of TERMS: If a bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of the auction, the bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by M & E Sales, LLC, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from the resale of the item(s). Additional commission shall be due and payable.
