Description

REAL ESTATE TERMS: Selling are the legal descriptions for the properties. Abbreviated legal noted in auction advertising. At the conclusion of the auction, a successful internet bidder will be charged a $1,000 deposit (plus 3.5% processing fee) as an immediate non-refundable deposit. Online buyer of the real estate will sign a purchase agreement and deliver the balance to amount to 10% of gross winning bid earnest deposit, in person or by electronic transfer, at the Klaassen Realty office at 120 9th Street in Sibley, Iowa within 24 hours of auction close.
