All items are sold as-is with no refund. Item descriptions are provided by consigners. We do a basic inspection of all items, sometimes we are not able to test the full functionality of all items. You will be given two business days to pick up the items you have won. Arrangements may be made to pick up items past the two-day time limit, late fees and storage may apply. Items not picked up within the two-day limit will immediately be donated to a charity of our choosing.
