Auction Terms and Conditions 1. Please read and review the terms and conditions thoroughly prior to bidding. If you have not read and understand these terms, PLEASE DO NOT BID!! By bidding on this auction the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions. 1.A. This is live onsite IN-PERSON auction event. Internet bidding will be provided for your convience. Internet bidders have 48 hours to make payment. Shipping costs will be figured after initial payment has been made. Bidders may pick up their items at our office located at 7444 E US Hwy 150 Hardinsburg, IN 47125 on the Monday and Tuesday April 29th and 30th. If you require shipping please let us know. 2. All winning bids require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. Credit card transactions are limited to $2500. Transactions over $2500 must be made by cash, check w/ID or wire transfer. Wire instructions will be included in the email containing your invoice. If you wish to pay Cash, Check w/ID at time of pickup, there are no additional processing fees. 3. 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a VALID Resale Tax Exemption Certificate is on file with Jenkins Auction Online. NO EXCEPTIONS 4. 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on your total purchases bought onsite, internet premium is 15%. Please factor into your bidding. 5. All Items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" . Buyer should satisfy themselves to the condition of all items regardless of description, please review photos closely as they are part of the description. Buyer is responsible for paying for all items before removing them from auction location, no refunds or credit card charge backs will be granted. 6. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance or equipment to assist with loading are the responsibility of the buyer. All tools and help for removing items are the responsibility of the buyer. 7. All items not picked up during scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned, total balance due will be charged to credit card on file and items will be resold unless other arrangements are made with the company. 8. Shipping is available on select lots in this auction. Shipping cost is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Local pack and ship stores may be used for more delicate or expensive items. Please watch the catalog to verify which items are eligible for shipping. Please contact us before the auction with any shipping questions. 9. In the event of technical difficulties related to the server, software, or internet, Jenkins Auction Online reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Jenkins Auction Online shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. 10. Jenkins Auction Online reserves the right to refuse or reject the bidding of any buyer that is not in the best interest of the seller 11.
