If you would like to pay in a way other than a credit card please let us know prior to the ending of the auction. THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 7 PM EST. THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 15 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 2-MINUTE THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 2-MINUTE. *In the case of a tie bid the max bidder or first one to place the bid will be the winner. *Buyer is responsible for picking up there purchased items on the scheduled auction pick up day. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. *Auction Pick Up is April 5th, 2024 from 9am-5pm. Buyers will have 20-days following the auction to make arrangements and pick up the larger items they have purchased. +Auction Preview: April 4th from Noon-4pm bidder inspection of the items is encouraged. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Buyer's premium rate charged. - 10% *IN SALES TAX - 7% will be added to the final sale price of all items unless bidder is tax exempt. *SALES TAX NOTICE: Exempt Bidders MUST make Auction Company aware of their Tax Exempt status & submit a copy of their valid Indiana sales tax certificate BEFORE the auction starts. NO EXCEPTIONS! *Sales Tax will not be refunded if we do not have a copy of your exempt certificate BEFORE the auction starts. * Payment types - Cash, Credit Card( 3% Convienence fee). Cashier Check or Good Personal Checks are accepted. *All items must be removed on the date listed for pick up. If items are not picked up by that time, they are forfeited and will become property of the auction company unless other arrangements are made. Buyers will have 20-days following the auction to remove the larger personal property items they've purchased from the property. *If you bid on items and your credit card declines, you do not communicate with us and don't show up for the pick up you will be BANNED from bidding on our auctions. There is ZERO TOLERANCE with this issue.
