Any items left longer than 2 weeks will become the property of Sam's Auction with no refund to the buyer. We reserve the right the add or delete any item for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel or reopen an auction in the event of any system failure. PAYMENT: 15% Buyer's Premium, 12% Buyer's Premium if paying with Cash 6.75% Sales Tax is collected unless your tax exempt information is provided at registration. Methods of Payment Accepted: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amercan Express A Credit Card is required for registration, regardless of your method of payment at check out. If you would like to pay cash or use your card at pick up, please include that in the NOTE Section when registering. You can also email samsauction.sb@gmail.com, prior to the close of auction to let us know how you would like to pay. If shipping is requested, your card will be charged for the original invoice amount. Once your purchase is packed and weighed, your card will then be charged for the shiipping and handling cost. Payment is expected before the last pick up date, if picking up. Shipping & Pick Up: Pick up days and times are as follows: Friday-Sunday, March 29-31 from 10am-6pm Please contact us if you need shipping, either by calling 910 331-1249, or emailing samsauction.sb@gmail.com. We use USPS Ground Advantage and/or UPS with insurance for the smaller items. We charge a $4.99 Handling fee on top of the actual cost of shipping. Note that Sam's Auction has the right to decide what size items we deem small enough to ship. We do not offer shipping on larger items ourselves but we will allow the buyer to facilitate shipping with a 3rd party company themselves. One company to consider for larger items is: www.uship.com END OF AUCTION PROCESS At the close of the auction you will recieve an unpaid invoice. This shows the actual lots you won. Upon receiving the invoice, IF you haven't already, inform us if shipping is needed. IF shipping is requested: Your card will be charged for the original invoice amount within the first 24 hours of the auction ending. Over the next few days, your item or items will be packed up, shipping and handling will be calculated and the card on file will be charged. You will then receive an email showing your invoice is paid, as well as a tracking number for your package. Depending on the amount of items being prepared to ship, this process may take several days to a week to complete. Please understand that the days following the auction are the busiest for pick up customers. This may delay packing your items to ship. If there is a problem with your card on file, please contact us. We try to work with all customers. If no communication is exchanged with the customer, you may be banned from our auction with negative feedback.
