1.) All items are sold as is, where is. It is 100% the bidder's responsibility to be familiar with the terms used. The value is subjective and 100% of the bidder's due diligence and responsibility without fail. The auction lot title and image are the definitive measures of each item. The auction title is a broad description of the items up for sale and not the totality of the sale being offered. We offer reasonably fast shipping services and do NOT allow bidders to pick up items due to the nature of what we sell. 2.) Bidder agrees that any bid placed will be honored as a contract and the credit card that you registered with will be charged by North Star Vending LLC at the end of the sale. If this is not available, we will send an invoice that must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. It is the responsibility of the bidder that the card is registered to be able to complete the sale or call us with an alternate means of payment within 24 hours of the end of the sale. 3.) Bidder agrees to pay a Buyer's Premium of 18% 4.) If for any reason you do not pay within 48 hours of the end of the auction, we will resell the items and the collected monies will go towards paying your invoice. Any shortages, you will still be liable for. 5.) Shipping will take place within 7 days of cleared payment. Tracking will be emailed to the bidder's email. We are not liable for shipping delays due to weather or press of business for the USPS or pick-up delays. 6.) All items will be described in detail and have at least 1 high-resolution image for you to base your valuation on. We do not control the price of the item, and cannot accept returns unless an incorrect item was shipped. Example: You purchased a 14k gold ring and instead received a necklace. It is your responsibility to assess risk, once the item has been bought and shipped we assume no liability. 7.) North Star Vending LLC will offer all property as an agent for the seller these terms and conditions of sale set forth here constitute the complete statement on the terms on which all property is offered for sale. North Star Vending LLC reserves the right to vary terms of sale and any such variance shall become a part of these conditions of sale. By bidding on an item, the buyer agrees to be bound by these conditions of sale. 8.) Unless exempted by law, all purchases are subject to 6.25% Texas Sales Tax. This is also applicable to out-of-state buyers. This sales tax is always included in the 18% buyer's premium. There will be no extra charge, simply be aware that sales tax is included in your buyer's premium. 9.) Any items over the final bid price of $500 will require payment through Zelle, certified cashier's check, or business/personal checks, though they will have a 14-day holding period for clearance. 10.) Credit card processing fees and all sales tax, excluding shipping costs, are included in the buyer's premium. 11.) We reserve the right to close any auction at any time for any reason. 12.) North Star Vending LLC is not responsible for lost and stolen merchandise 13.) All sales are final.
