This watch is highlighted by its magnificent heavy 18K gold and enameled Baldwin reversible case which is unquestionably the most spectacular example of this case style we have had the pleasure to handle. Beyond this, the appeal of the watch is further enhanced by the presence of its movement's scarce vibrating hairspring stud feature as well as the watch's provenance to Cincinnati Mayor Leonard A. Harris who also served as a Colonel for the Union Army in the Civil War and an excellent account of some of his wartime action can be found at the following link - https://www.perryvillebattlefield.org/html/leonard_harris_.html
