By registering and bidding on any item, the bidder/buyer shows acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Do not register or bid unless you agree to all of the terms and conditions.
We are not accepting bidders from outside the US. We only ship to US addresses.
REGISTRATION: You must be a registered user to bid on the items in this auction. All information provided by the bidder/buyer during the registration process must be current, complete and accurate. Dynamic Treasures LLC may refuse to accept a bidder registration from any potential bidder, may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential bidder, and may revoke the bidder registration or bidding privileges of any bidder. By registering to bid, you represent to Dynamic Treasures LLC that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that you are otherwise legally able to enter into a contract. By bidding you are stating that you are able to pay for your won auction items, the buyer’s premium and the shipping. By bidding you constitute a legal, valid, binding and enforceable contract between Auctioneer and each Bidder.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: 15% buyer’s premium added on all lots purchased. A buyer’s premium is also known as the buyer’s portion of commission and is a fee added on to your bid amount. Be sure to factor the buyer’s premium into your bids when bidding.
SHIPPING: A handling fee of $5.00 will be added to the postage costs per box packed. We do our best to consolidate lots won for shipping. We get everything ready for shipping the following 1- 2 business days. If you are having your items shipped, you will receive your statement after the postage has been calculated. Please note that the credit card that you place on file is the credit card that will be billed, and the address you provide is the shipping address where your items will be shipped to. The auction software uses a credit card verification system that validates credit cards and matching addresses, so ship to addresses cannot be changed. We are not accepting bidders from outside the US.
Local delivery is also available within 20 miles for a $20 flat fee.
We only ship to US addresses.
PAYMENT: We ONLY accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or any other form of payment other than credit/debit card.
Credit cards will be processed the morning after the auction closes using the credit card you registered on your Hibid account. Paid invoice will be emailed at this time.

If your card does not go through the first time we run it, payment is due within 48 hours.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to charge the credit card on file if you are the winner upon close of the auction.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, with all faults, imperfections, and errors. All sales are final, and items are not subject to return or exchange. If Dynamic Treasures LLC, at their sole discretion, agrees that a return of product is in the best interest of both parties it is agreed that under no circumstances will fees associated with the auction including buyer’s premium, shipping and processing fees be refunded. Dynamic Treasures LLC does not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise.
CONDITION: You must carefully view pictures of all items that you intend to bid on and make your own determination of value and/or condition. You are responsible to preview each item from the pictures and descriptions. Dynamic Treasures LLC has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for every auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not warranted.
INTERNET BIDDING: This is a soft close auction, so please be aware that with the internet there are delays in transmission that could result in your bid not being received. Please do not wait until the last second to register or bid to help prevent this from happening. With that said, Dynamic Treasures LLC is not liable for any technical difficulties you may experience beyond our control. Dynamic Treasures LLC, it its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding, and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction.
CONDUCT OF THE AUCTION: Conduct of the auction and increments of bidding are at the direction and discretion of Dynamic Treasures LLC. Dynamic Treasures LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and also reserves the right to cancel this auction, or remove any item or lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding. WE ACT ONLY AS AGENTS FOR THE SELLER. Sellers or their agents reserve the right to bid on their own behalf to protect their investment(s). Sale on all items is subject to seller approval. Auction company reserves the right to confirm the sale with the seller, and bid on behalf of the seller, if necessary. Items may have reserves that may or may not be noted. All decisions of Dynamic Treasures LLC are final.
CHOOSE WISELY: When you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. You may not retract a bid that has been acknowledged by Dynamic Treasures LLC or that has been submitted online. You agree not to withdraw or to attempt to withdraw any bid tendered by you.
NON-CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT: No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. Bidder/buyer is reminded that all goods are sold on an “as is, where is” basis, with all faults and without guarantees. Bidder/buyer agrees that all sales are final. Catalog, web, and advertising descriptions are not guaranteed. Bidder/buyer is responsible to thoroughly inspect items before bidding and to satisfy themselves of such matters as to suitability, marketability, completeness, year, make, model, condition, and/or any other consideration. To the maximum extent allowable, buyer hereby waives any and all rights to dispute, or initiate a chargeback, in any manner whatsoever, charges placed on customer's credit or debit account as it pertains to any purchases made with your user account.
