Payment is due by Sat April 20th at noon or balance owing will be charged to your credit card you registered with. --Pickup location is at the Elva & Loren Brosz residence, 102 S Hassett St, Tripp, SD. THE ONLY PICKUP TIMES ARE FRIDAY, APRIL 19TH 10AM-3PM AND SAT APRIL 20TH 10AM-NOON. All items are to be removed by NOON SAT APRIL 20TH. Items remaining after will become the property of the Auction Company if other arrangements have not been made. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future. Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding.
