No sales tax charged on coin, currency and silver lots. Guns will be sold using our Federal Firearms License (FFL), on applicable lots. At pick-up or on auction day buyers must fill out the ATF Form 4473 and to receive possession of guns must pass background check. The only exception to not completing a background check is if the buyer is an FFL. If buyer fails background check they will not receive guns and will not receive a refund, auctioneers will retain possession of the guns and resell for the buyer at later date. Black powder guns do not require FFL Check. A $15 charge for background check will be charged to buyer. Buyers who are valid FFL holders will need to present a copy of their FFL and they may receive guns, including pistols and/or revolvers if out of state buyer, with no extra fees or background checks once FFL is verified. By bidding, buyer acknowledges they have satisfied themselves to quality and condition of any and all items via physical inspection and/or waived there right to physical inspection. WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO ACCURATELY IDENTIFY ALL ITEMS BUT DESCRIPTIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Shipping and insurance of shipping will be cost of buyer plus a $10 handling fee per box to auctioneers (if you buy multiple lots we will try and combine). INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND AUCTIONEERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING. We do not offer shipping on Gun Safes Any non black poweder gun shipped must be shipped to FFL and we must have copy of that FFLs license. Long black powder guns may be shipped directly to buyers. Pick-up for online bidders will be Saturday April 13th from 8:30AM-9:30AM or If you cannot make that time please contact us so we can work out a pick-up date. All invoices must be paid in full at time of pick-up or no later than 4pm on April 16, 2024 . If you have not picked-up your items or contacted us by April 30, 2024 the items will be forfeited with no money returned.
