Bearducci Estate Auction. Online only auction of household, antiques, decorations, tools, lawn equipment and furniture sells to highest bidder. All items sell as is with no gurantees on condition. Bidding will begin 4-1-24 and start closing at noon on 4-6-24. Pick up will be on Sunday 4-7-24 from 11 until 1. Location disclosed in invoices emailed on 4-6-24. Cash, check, or credit cards accepted day of pickup. 5% buyers fee waived for cash sales.
All items sell in as is condition. There is a 5% buyers premium added to final bid. Pick up will be on 4-7-24 from 11 until 1. Any items not picked up at that time will be discarded. If shipping is needed we will drop off items at the UPS Store in New Philadelphia and you will be responsible for shipping and handling.
