CREDIT CARDS BEING DECLINED: Successful bidders with credit cards that are declined on payment day will be charged a $30 processing fee to process an additional credit card. Sunrise Auction Company allows no exceptions to this policy. Shipping Instructions: Any items that are to be shipped by Sunrise Auction Company will be charged a handling fee of $15 per package, plus shipping charges. Shippee will be charged for insurance on the value of the property being shipped according to the high bid amount and actual shipping charge from shipper. Please note Sunrise Auction Company DOES NOT encourage the shipment of fragile, breakable, or otherwise delicate items. Should you choose to have a fragile item shipped, Sunrise Auction Company is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport. Shipping insurance through the shipping company, up to the value of purchase price will be added to the shipping cost at the expense of shippee. For any damaged or broken shipped items, shippee should make a claim with the shipping company. Sunrise Auction Company will not be involved in any resolution regarding shipping damages. Special Terms: Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Sunrise Auction Company. All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Dane County Wisconsin. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS: Failure to pick up your items on scheduled pick up days will result in processing your credit card for payment. If items are not picked up, you must contact us (608-219-5026), otherwise the items will be held for only 5 days. Items that do not get picked up on pickup day, on 'onsite' sales, will be charged $10 per item-per day- PER lot. Sunrise Auction Company allows no exception to this policy. After 5 days, all items left become the sole property of Sunrise Auction Company & no refund will be given. Any other arrangements for shipping, transportation or physical pick-up must be made prior to the sale ending. Please note these assets are sold only one time with non-retractable bids. When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract. If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase at the end of pick up day unless prior arrangements have been made.
