Tax of 5.5%. 6. Auction preview/open house will be Thursday, March 28th from 1PM-4PM. 7. Invoices will be sent to your registered email after auction closes. 8. Auction Checkout and Pickup will be Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024 from 9AM-5PM and Thursday, April 4th, 2024 9AM-5PM. NO EXCEPTIONS 9. If no arrangements made-- Any items not picked up by Friday, April 5th, 2024 will then become property of the auction company. 10. By Bidding on items you have accepted the condition of the item. Inspections are encouraged. 11. If the case of auction software issues the auction will resume at a later time, bidding that closes as usual will stay closed, bidding that closes unexpectedly may be up for reopening.
