This auction will feature new and open box items Pickup is on April 4th from 8am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm. If you will need shipping, forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of PICKUP. After April 4th any items not picked up or shipped will be relisted and not refunded. PREVIEW: Our preview day for this auction is by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled by reaching out to auctions@tryc2.com and can be made for Monday through Friday from 8am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm. All items in this auction are sold AS IS. Some items in this auction are damaged, returned items, or missing parts. We inspect each item as best as we can, but it is up to the bidder to inspect the item on inspection day or on pickup day before removing their items from the facility, if they feel it is necessary. All items in this auction meet the R2V3 standard codes of C8, F6, and is a non-data containing device unless noted otherwise in a listing description BIDDING: Bidding on the first lot will close END at 5:03pm on April 2nd, with each successive lot delayed slightly. If a bidder places a bid within the last 2 minutes, the end time of that lot will be extended. Full terms of the auction can be found on HiBid. PAYMENT: We are unable to accept cash or checks. The card entered into our site will be charged INVOICE after the auction's close. At that time you will receive an email with your invoice from auctions@tryc2.com. PICKUP/SHIPPING: You must bring a copy of your invoice to pick up your items. If you do not pick up your items or forward us your invoice for shipping by this date, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded. If you will need shipping, forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of PICKUP.
All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.

At the end of this auction the card on file will automatically be charged the full sales price plus buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Buyer will also be charged for a 3% Credit Card processing fee. The fee is attached on top of the 10% buyers premium. Currently we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.
Due to COVID and CDC Guidlines, C2 Management will be limiting pickup to 3 customers in the facility at a time. All customers waiting are asked to stay in there vehicle until a staff member is available to assist. All customers are asked to follow social distancing protocols and are REQUIRED to wear a mask on the auction premises. If you do not have a mask, you will not be allow to enter the facility. Shipping assistance will be available for this auction. For shipping requests by forwarding your invoice PDF file issued to you to Auctions@tryc2.com. All items must be picked up on the specified date as set in the dates section. Failure to pick up or request shipping on the designated dates will result in a forfeiture of all items without the option for refund. All requests for shipping must be made with the invoice PDF file and must be requested within 3 business days starting on the designated shipping date. Failure to make a request with the invoice will result in a forfeiture of items without the option for a refund. Requests for shipping can not be made without providing an invoice. Forklift loading assistance will only be offered for items that are pallet sized and freight items. The buyer is responsible for bringing all other assistance needed in the loading process. C2 Management will offer shipping on 10 items and less of ground items through UPS for an additional charge and buyer pays shipping cost. C2 Management will offer shipping on 2 items and less of freight items through UPS freight for an additional charge and buyer pays shipping cost. Shipping cost will be automatically charged to the card on file with Hi-bid. Failed cards will result in an additional $5 processing fee.
