Auction Terms & Conditions: Al's Auction Services strives to present buyers with the most accurate description possible of each item sold. Items are sold "as is," and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure each item meets acceptable purchasing condition via auction viewing days. Buyers must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Once a bid is placed, the bidder is indicating an agreement to purchase and enters into a legally binding contract to purchase the item(s) if said bidder is consider the "winner" or "highest bidder." Immediately upon purchase, there is no opportunity to exchange or return items. All Items are "Untested" unless otherwise mentioned. Acceptable payment methods are as follows: online payment via SquareUp and/or cash, debit card, credit card, Cash App, and/ or money order in person on pickup day(s). Card Transaction fee is 3.5%. Personal checks may be used only if prior authorization has been approved by Alan Brewer (501.425.4004). ONLY THE CARD ON FILE CAN BE USED AS PAYMENT FOR ORDERS REQUIRING SHIPPING (If shipping is offered in the specific auction); CARD INFO MUST MATCH SHIPPING INFO. NO EXCEPTIONS. A wire transfer may be required on all orders over $500 that require shipping (if shipping is offered). There is a 10% buyer's premium for online auctions to be added to the final purchase price. Al's Auction Services is not held responsible for any item(s) lost in the case of a natural disaster, theft, or any other reason, and will NOT reimburse buyers for any payment made for items that are not deliverable due to such causes. Items in online auctions are to be picked up on pre-determined pickup day(s). Items not retrieved by the buyer on pick up date(s) of the auction are released to the auctioneer to be donated or resold at a later date AND YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED. Any and all items purchased with any means of internet transferral of funds by first-time buyers requiring shipping can and will be subject to a two-week holding period before shipment is arranged to allow for proper time for funds to clear.
